Welcome to The Commons at Kingswood Station
The Commons at Kingswood Station is a 200 unit condominium community in East Brunswick, NJ. It is one section of a larger community, called Kingswood Station.
Our community has a central location in Middlesex County. East Brunswick has a transportation center with buses to NYC, as well as close proximity to the New Brunswick Rail Station, and the NJ Turnpike. We also enjoy an excellent school district.
As part of a larger community, Kingswood Station, we enjoy amenities such as a pool, clubhouse, walking paths, tennis and basketball courts, and a youngsters playground.
Our 200 unit condo community consists of ground floor and second floor units, some with lofts. There are regular as well as affordable units in The Commons. There is one monthly association fee for The Commons as well as a quarterly association fee to Kingswood Station, the Master Association.
We are also a rental restricted community, allowing a maximum of 20% rentals. You must also own and live here for two years before you can rent.
We have a professional management company that oversees day to day tasks as well as a board of seven elected members that work with management. Our property manager visits the site weekly for inspections and vendor meetings.
